Is Shopping Safe with Bubbee?
We do not store any credit card details, and we never share any of your information with anyone else.
For your convenience, we offer PayPal. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
Can I shop OFF line?
Yes of course. If you prefer to speak to us directly and place an order please call us on 0409 479 614 or landline (07) 388 268 14. Before you call please have the names of the products you wish to purchase, you can either use your credit card facilities over the phone or we can advise our account details to EFT.
If we do not answer your call straight away please leave your name and number and a Bubbee team member will call you as soon as possible. You may also Email us your order, please advise the product code of those items you wish to purchase an the quantity you require. We will then email you back with confirmation of the order and bank account details to EFT or we can send a Paypal invoice direct. All orders will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared.
What if I am not happy with my purchase ?
Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase, so all of our products are carefully chosen and checked. However we still believe in providing great customer service so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the goods that you have received from Bubbee. The goods must be returned to Bubbee at your expense within 14 days of you receiving them; the items must be in original condition including all tags still attached and packaging . Please also include your purchase receipt. Please return the goods to

A credit note will then be issued to you to be used within 3 months. Goods that were purchased on sale are not able to be returned or exchanged
How much is your delivery fee ?
Delivery within Australia is a standard rate of $8.95
If you are purchasing a larger item , the standard delivery fee may be higher . You will be notified of this rate at the check out when purchasing.
We dispatch orders daily and utilize Australia Post Express Delivery so your package will arrive quickly !
What if I am not in Australia – can you send Oversea’s ?
Sure can! International Shipping rates- to be advised at time of purchase.
Can you wrap my present ?
All of the goods purchased from Bubbee will be wrapped in White Tissue Paper Free of Charge.

If you know of a product that you would like to share with the world please let us know. We love anything hand made, slightly unusual or innovative so please email us anytime with your information.
What happens if you run out of stock ?
Because many of our products are rare and handmade we do not have shelves and shelves of stock, so occasionally your item may be out of stock. On the rare occasion that this happens Bubbee will contact you immediately advising you of how long it may take to receive your purchased goods . If this time delay is not acceptable you are able to purchase anything else you like from the store.
